Since 1986, the signature rosebuds that adorn our jars are hand-tied by local women to provide a secondary income from home.

From start to finish, all of our body products are made at our factory in Eagle, Idaho, USA. Built in 2000, our facility runs on roughly a third of the energy needed for a factory of similar size and uses skylights, an artesian well and other sustainable resources to facilitate day-to-day production. In addition to product production, we also have community gardens on-site and an event center (due to be completed in July 2015) with a restaurant, art gallery and gardens where we encourage our community to be present in enjoying time interacting with others or taking a moment alone.
